Vending machine payments

Our machines are fitted with the Nayax VPOS Touch card reader, which accepts tap, chip, swipe and mobile wallet payments. When you pay at one of our machines, your card details are captured and processed by Nayax and the relevant card networks and banks — not by us.

We never see or store your full card number, PIN, or CVV. What we receive is transaction-level information such as the amount, the date and time, the machine and the product sold, which we use for accounting, restocking and resolving refund requests. Nayax processes payment data under its own privacy policy and applicable card-industry security standards.

If a machine takes your money and does not deliver your product, contact us and we will put it right — you do not need an account with us to request a refund.

Cookies and tracking

This website is deliberately lightweight. It does not set advertising cookies, and it does not embed third-party trackers, social media pixels or external font services — our fonts are served from our own domain specifically so that your visit is not reported to anyone else.

If we add website analytics in the future to understand which pages are useful, we will update this policy first and describe what is collected. Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies at any time through its settings.
